Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to all Discord bots, Discord applications, and related online services operated by Deman Platform ("we", "our", "us"). By using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description

We provide community management, team matching, order systems, points systems, customer support, content moderation, and related features through Discord bots and associated web platforms. These services are provided to Discord server administrators and their members.

2. Acceptable Use

When using our services, you agree to:

• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Not abuse bot features (including but not limited to point farming, malicious reporting, circumventing moderation)
• Not use automation tools for abnormal bot interactions
• Not attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or disrupt normal bot operation
• Provide accurate information for service interactions (orders, withdrawals)

3. Bot Permissions

Our bots may request certain Discord permissions, such as access to member information, roles, or designated channel messages, solely to provide the requested features. All permissions are used in accordance with the principle of data minimization. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data processing.

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following will result in service restriction or termination:

• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
• Impersonating other users
• Distributing illegal, pornographic, violent, or hateful content
• Harassing other users or support staff
• Any activity that violates applicable laws

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process such content solely for providing the requested services (e.g. message relay, ticket handling, team matching display). We will not use your content for purposes unrelated to the service.

6. Service Changes & Interruption

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. Interruptions may occur due to:

• Maintenance and upgrades
• Discord platform changes
• Third-party API or external platform outages
• Force majeure (network outages, natural disasters, etc.)

We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by Discord, third-party APIs, or external platforms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or any indirect damages
• We are not liable for disputes between users (though we provide support assistance)
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

8. Prepaid Account Balance

The prepaid account balance ("Diamonds") is issued and redeemed solely by us, and may be used only to book services on this platform. It:

• Has no cash value and is not legal tender, e-money, or a virtual currency
• Is non-transferable and cannot be traded, sold, or used outside the platform
• Is not redeemable for cash by the purchaser
• May be investigated or frozen by us where transactions appear abnormal

9. Termination

We may restrict or terminate your access to services if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Violate the rules of the Discord server you're in
• Are inactive for an extended period (over 12 months without use)

You may stop using our services at any time by leaving the server.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be announced in our Discord servers. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
