This Privacy Policy applies to all Discord applications, bots, and associated web services operated by Deman Platform ("we", "our", "us"), including but not limited to:

• Customer support bots
• Team matching bots
• Community management bots
• Moderation bots
• Event bots
• Cross-platform message bridge bots
• Other Discord applications operated by Deman Platform

This policy applies regardless of which specific bot or service you interact with.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on the bot and enabled features, we may collect:

2.1 Discord User Data

• User ID: Used to link your identity across our platform
• Display Name / Username: Used to identify you in service interactions
• Avatar URL (when provided by Discord): Used only for displaying user identity within our services
• Roles: Used to verify service eligibility, permissions, and priority

Not all bots collect all of the above — data is only processed when a specific feature requires it.

2.2 Message Content (Designated Channels Only)

We process message content only in designated channels required to provide specific services such as:

• Support tickets
• Team matching
• Cross-platform chat
• Community events
• Moderation

We do not continuously monitor or archive messages from unrelated channels.

Message content is processed only when users actively interact with the relevant features or when server administrators enable those features.

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do NOT bulk-store messages from general chat channels
• We do NOT collect email, passwords, or payment details (payments handled by third-party processors)
• We do NOT monitor DMs unless you initiate a support ticket by messaging a bot

• Delivering services you request (team matching, orders, support tickets)
• Community safety (content moderation, keyword filtering)
• Points and leveling systems
• Cross-platform real-time communication (limited to designated channels and room participants only)
• Community event participation and reward distribution

4. AI / Machine Learning

We do NOT use message content to train large language models, machine learning models, or any artificial intelligence systems.

Any AI-assisted functionality processes only the minimum data necessary to respond to a user's request and does not retain message content for model training.

5. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or share Discord data for advertising, marketing, or user profiling.

Data is used solely to operate our service platform.

• Data is stored on secure cloud servers with restricted access
• Only authorized personnel can access production databases
• Access to stored data is limited according to operational needs and protected through authentication and access controls
• Data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS

8. Your Rights

• Access: Query your account data via bot commands (e.g. /status)
• Deletion: Contact us to request data deletion
• Opt-out: Leave the server to stop new data collection; you may also avoid designated feature channels to reduce data processing
